NB Stationery ships all orders from our central warehouse located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We are committed to providing reliable, secure, and timely delivery for every order. All products are carefully packaged using protective kraft paper and rigid mailers to ensure your stationery arrives in pristine condition. We partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver orders both domestically within Kazakhstan and internationally.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We strive to process all orders within one to two (1-2) business days from the time of purchase. During peak shopping periods, promotional events, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend to three to five (3-5) business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility.
2. Domestic Shipping (Kazakhstan)
2.1 Standard Delivery
Standard domestic delivery is available to all addresses within the Republic of Kazakhstan. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is five to ten (5-10) business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination city or region. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order. Orders with a total value exceeding a specified threshold (as displayed at checkout) may qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
2.2 Express Delivery
Express delivery is available for select cities within Kazakhstan, including Almaty, Astana (Nur-Sultan), Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktobe, Atyrau, and Pavlodar. Estimated delivery time for express shipping is two to four (2-4) business days from the date of dispatch. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are higher than standard shipping rates due to the expedited service level. Express delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be available for all products or order sizes.
2.3 Local Delivery (Almaty)
Customers located within the Almaty metropolitan area may be eligible for local delivery service. Local delivery is typically completed within one to two (1-2) business days from the date of dispatch. Local delivery rates and availability are displayed at checkout for qualifying addresses. Delivery windows and specific timing may be arranged by contacting our customer service team at the time of order placement.
3. International Shipping
3.1 Available Regions
NB Stationery currently offers international shipping to the following regions: CIS countries (Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova), European Union member states, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to inquire about shipping availability to your location.
3.2 International Delivery Times
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance processes, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows: CIS countries typically require seven to fourteen (7-14) business days; European Union and United Kingdom deliveries generally take ten to twenty (10-20) business days; shipments to the United States, Canada, and other international destinations may take fourteen to twenty-eight (14-28) business days. These estimates do not include potential delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, or force majeure events.
3.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges displayed at checkout. NB Stationery has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information about applicable duties and taxes before placing an international order.
If a package is refused by the recipient due to customs fees or duties, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply. Additional return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and quantity of items in your order, the shipping destination and selected delivery method, and any applicable promotions or free shipping offers. Exact shipping costs will be displayed before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Changes to shipping rates will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Periodically, we may offer promotional free shipping on orders that meet certain minimum purchase requirements. Free shipping promotions apply only to the standard shipping method and do not apply to express or local delivery options unless explicitly stated. Free shipping offers may be subject to additional terms and restrictions as communicated at the time of the promotion.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real time. Tracking information may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
If you experience any issues with your tracking information, such as prolonged periods without status updates or incorrect delivery status, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order to the correct address. We recommend carefully verifying your shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues. NB Stationery is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses that were provided by the customer.
6.2 Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier and work to locate your package. If a domestic shipment is not delivered within fifteen (15) business days of dispatch, or an international shipment is not delivered within forty-five (45) business days of dispatch, the package may be considered lost. In such cases, we will file a claim with the carrier and offer you the choice of a replacement shipment or a full refund.
6.3 Damaged Shipments
Although we take great care in packaging your order, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please document the damage by taking photographs of both the external packaging and the contents before discarding any packaging materials. Contact our customer service team within seven (7) calendar days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing the order. We can accommodate modifications and cancellations only for orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and you will need to follow our standard return process as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Address changes for orders that have already been shipped may be possible depending on the carrier and the current status of the shipment. Please contact us immediately if you need to redirect a shipment, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply for address changes or package redirections handled by the carrier.
8. Bulk and Corporate Shipping (B2B)
Shipping terms for bulk orders and corporate accounts may differ from standard consumer shipping policies. Large-volume orders may require specialized packaging and logistics arrangements. Shipping costs for bulk orders are quoted individually based on the order volume, weight, and destination. Corporate accounts may be eligible for negotiated shipping rates and preferred delivery schedules. 9. Force Majeure
NB Stationery shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or failure to perform our obligations under these Shipping Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, pandemics or public health emergencies, government actions or restrictions, labor disputes or strikes, carrier service disruptions, and acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest. In the event of a force majeure event, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and resume normal shipping operations as soon as practicable.
10. Policy Updates
NB Stationery reserves the right to update or modify these Shipping Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The Shipping Terms in effect at the time you place your order will govern the shipping of that order. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your orders.
